When my Student is absent because of illness who do I ring?

Please ring the school on 54368435 or send a note with your student the following day to be given to the Home Group teacher for the form roll.

My student has an exam on and they are too ill to go to school who do I contact?

For Senior School Students (10-12) please contact the relevant Head of Department  on the day of the exam to notify them of any illness that may prevent your child attending the assessment item, and to make appropriate arrangements for your student to complete the assessment. (Contact details for the Heads of Departments can be found in the Departments section of the website.)

Middle School Students (8-9) are to contact the relevant Teacher  to make appropriate arrangements. Contact the Middle school office with the teachers name on the number below and they will happily redirect your call.

What if we are going to be away on a family holiday, and would like to arrange work for my student?

Please contact the relevant line manager to arrange for the work to be collected. If you are unsure of which staff member is the line manager for your student, ring the appropriate office and our friendly staff will put you through to the correct person.
