Cert 1 in Resources and Infrasturcture Operations is being offered at Caloundra SHS in 2010.
Caloundra being the host school, welcomes senior students from neighbouring schools to participate in the program. Students should be seeking a career in civil construction and have a committment to the program.
There is an information session being held on Thursday the 22nd of October in the CLC (Queen Street Entrance) for all interested Year 11 and 12 students and parents.

Schoolwide Positive Behaviour Support as defined by Horner and Sugai (2004) is:
“comprised of a broad range of systemic and individualised strategies for achieving important social and learning outcomes while preventing problem behaviour with all students. SWPBS is not a specific model but a compilation of effective practices, interventions, and systems change strategies that have a long history of empirical support and development and individually have been demonstrated to be empirically effective and efficient.”
