Student Absences PDF Print E-mail

Parents and Guardians are requested to contact the school on the morning that students are absent from school.

To do this, please ring the main school office on 54368444 and follow the prompts to leave an absence for either Middle School (Year 8/9) or Senior School (Year 10/11/12) students.

In Semester 2, the school will commence text messaging parents and guardians if students are absent without reason on a given day. Parents will be able to reply text and this will be recorded. However, it is still preferred that parents make the initial contact before school.

If a student arrives late at school, a note must be provided or direct contact made with the respective office (Middle School - 54368434, Senior School - 54368472).

Similarly, if a student needs to leave the school grounds early, a note must be handed to the respective office before school.

Under no circumstances are students to telephone parents or guardians during the day to leave the school grounds. If a student is unwell, or an emergency arises, students must see the respective office, and parental contact will be made by the office staff.
