An Individual Curriculum Plan (ICP) is used to record curriculum decisions for students who are taught and assessed in a higher or lower year level of the Australian Curriculum than their age cohort for a whole Learning Area, or for all Learning Areas and Subjects.
An ICP may be needed for students:
- With a disability
- With learning difficulties
- Who are gifted and talented
The ICP records curriculum decisions, learning expectations, teaching strategies, evidence and parent endorsement. As students move schools, all content in endorsed plans is available to view and print, or to copy and adjust.
